Chemistry / Physics Specialised Science Teacher

Secondary School Stella Maris International School
• Content Mastery. A dedicated Chemistry Teacher responsible for delivering engaging and
effective chemistry lessons to secondary or higher secondary students
• Engaging and Student Focused
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field (B.Sc.). Degree with teaching qualifications.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching
experience in a school or educational institution teaching relevant subject

Bahasa Melayu / Pendidikan Islam Teacher

Secondary School Stella Maris International School
• Committed and dedicated secondary school teacher specializing in Bahasa Melayu and/or
Pendidikan Islam, with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experienced in delivering engaging, student-centered lessons, promoting language proficiency
and cultural understanding.

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
– Bahasa Melayu / Malay Studies / Linguistics, OR
– Islamic Studies / Pendidikan Islam / related field
– Teaching qualification or certification (e.g., Diploma Pendidikan or equivalent) is an advantage
– Experience teaching at secondary school level is preferred.
– Experience teaching SPM-syllabus will be an added advantage

IT Executive

 Infrastructure & System Management
• Maintain campus infrastructure including on-premises servers and local network systems.
• Configure network appliances to ensure high-level connectivity, Wi-Fi stability, and maximum uptime for classrooms.
• Manage Microsoft 365 platform administration, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams for staff and students.
• Administer Google Workspace for Education, managing user provisioning, Gmail policies, and Google Drive access control.
• Execute preventive maintenance and routine testing on lab computers, staff laptops, and classroom hardware.

Hardware & Technical Support
• Provide basic technical support to teachers, administrative staff, and students for daily IT issues.
• Perform corrective maintenance on desktop PCs and laptops, including hardware repairs, component replacements, and OS reinstallation.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity problems across campus LAN, Wireless, WAN, and internet systems.
• Resolve software glitches quickly to minimize disruptions to digital learning and daily school operations.
• Create user guidelines and technical manuals tailored for teachers, administrative staff, and students.

Security, Governance & Audits
• Enforce data security and internal control protocols to safeguard sensitive student, parent, and financial records.
• Manage access permissions by creating and adjusting network user roles for different staff levels and student cohorts.
• Identify network vulnerabilities and implement strategies to secure the school’s digital infrastructure against threats.
• Conduct awareness training for teachers and school staff regarding IT security standards and data privacy compliance.
• Support IT audits by maintaining accurate documentation, backup logs, and disaster recovery procedures.

Asset Management & Inventory
• Administer the IT asset system to track, catalog, and manage the full lifecycle of school hardware and software.
• Conduct regular audits of school-owned devices, including student laptops, staff devices, lab computers, and printers.
• Track software licensing and renewals to ensure the school remains compliant and up to date.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate the disposal or recycling of obsolete technical equipment.

Operations & Project Assistance
• Evaluate school processes to uncover areas for improvement and implement practical tech solutions.
• Assist the IT Lead with ad-hoc projects, campus events setup, or digital examination requirements.
